1. I'm having issues logging in. How do I log in?

Do you currently have access to Success Factors?

YES - Please log into Success Factors for MOD Pizza. On the home page, there will be a tile with the words “MOD Swag” on it. Press this tile and you will be redirected into the store. Your Success Factor log-in will authenticate via Single Sign On (SSO) and you will be able to begin shopping.

NO - You are likely a Franchise Partner employee. Please reach out to your MOD Operator to gain access to your franchise’s access code. This is the code that will allow you to register for a new account. Once registered, please log in via email address on the log-in page.

2. What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please press the “Forgot Password?” below the login. Enter your email address in the designated field, verify and press “Send Email” to submit the request. The system will generate a temporary password that will be send to your email address so that you may quickly reset your password on the site.

You will then be prompted to enter the temporary password. You must change your password to a new one.

3. How do I place an order?

To make a selection, choose the quantity, size, color (where applicable) and click on the 'Add to Cart' button. The items selected will then be added to your Shopping Cart. The upper right hand corner of the site will display how many items you currently have in your cart.

To view the contents of your shopping cart, review totals, and/or remove items, press the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Click for full view. Click the 'Continue to Checkout' button to checkout. You will then be directed to a secured server where you will complete your order.

4. When will my order ship?

Orders placed prior to 2 pm CST, Monday - Friday will be shipped within two business days. Orders placed after 2 pm CST, Monday - Friday, will be shipped within three business days.

Orders shipping via UPS Next Day Air must be placed by 2PM CST/ 12pm PST and will be shipped on the next available business day.

Special rush requests may be accommodated, when possible. To place a request, please contact as soon as your order is placed with your order number.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

Please log into your MOD Swag account.
Press your username in the upper right hand corner to pull up "My Account".
Click the "View Orders" tab.
All orders will populate on this list.
Please click on your order number for order details.
If your order is in 'Shipped' status, click 'Details' to view your tracking information. Upon shipping, you will also receive an automated email confirmation with the tracking details of your order.

6. How do I track my order?

Anytime you place an order, you will receive an email from us notifying you of the status of your order along with a link to track your order via UPS. You may also go to 'My Account' and select the 'View Orders' tab. Click on 'Details' to get more information about the status of your shipment via UPS, including the estimated delivery date.

7. What if I receive a damaged item?

First of all, we will be just as disappointed as you! If you have received a damaged item, please contact our Customer Support Team at and we will ship you a new product ASAP.

8. How do I cancel an order?

Please contact our Customer Support Team and we will try our best to cancel the order before it processes through the system.

9. How do I return/exchange an item?

Please contact Customer Service at and we will issue a return merchandise authorization form (RMA) to you along with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that shipping charges on exchanged/returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer and returns/exchanges are only honored within 30 days of purchase.

10. How do I get my invoice?

An invoice copy will be emailed to your account email address directly once the order has been completed. If you cannot find your invoice, please reach out to with your order number. We will be able to assist in generating an invoice for your order.
